I started today by planing and sanding the plywood doublers that were glued on yesterday. After that, I cut the root templates to make room for the 1/4" ply. Once all of the templates fit nicely, I slid them on, bolted up the hinges and started leveling everything. I made sure all of the templates were level with each other and everything was square. I cut gussetts with my nice new bandsaw (Thanks Dad) and glued everything together.
