Today I cut out the templates for the horizontal stabilizer and glued them to some plywood. I also bought a propane heater and router. While the shop was warming up, I made a scarfing jig with a scrap piece of wood. I cut a 5.5 degree angle in it with my table saw and bolted the router to it. Once the shop was warm enough, I glued the two upper firewall pieces in place.
