I finished glassing the left elevator today. I started by removing 1" of the foam at the trailing edge. Then I used the plastic layup method to cut and wet out the KR cloth with a piece of deck cloth on top. After the glass was wet out, I microed the foam, filled in the 1" void with cotton flox and layed on the glass.
