Brief Description: Seat Belt Attach and Turtledeck Skin
Finished preparing the openings as per drawing revs on bulkheads 2 and 3. Placed turtledeck halfs on the channel and cleco, updrilled and deburred. After deburring I went ahead and riveted the turtledeck and placed it on top of the aft half ready for tril fitting. I also installed the rear most seatbelt attach angles and the two straps. Its easier to do these now rather then try to get it done once the rear end is complete.
Attached the rear two seatbelt straps to the longerons.
