Worked on the *&$@**#@%!! Floors again over the weekend. I don't think they'll ever be done. Still have to install all the nut plates to hold all the parts down.
I also fabricated the front seat back even though I won't need it. The front seat I ordered from Classic Aero has an internal frame. I just fabbed this one so I would have something to throw cushions against!
So for the first time this weekend, I actually sat in the airplane. I even fastened a plot of my current thinking instrument panel to the panel blank and stuck it in place for effect.
No, I didn't make airplane noises, but I will admit to gazing out of the cockpit down into the mountainous river valley and watching the little towns go by!!! I even spotted a couple of eagles soaring below me!
