Wrapped up the rudder other than the fiber glass tip and a few rivets at the bottom.
Couple of problems though. Waiting for an answer from Van's regarding the extra rivets I had to add as described in my last post.
Discovered what might be a prblem after I rolled and joined the leading edge. On each side of the rudder, there are spots where if you push on them a little, they sort of tin can a bit. Don't know if that describes the issue very well, but it's hard to describe. I'm pretty sure it's not a good thing. I also think it's likely common, so I'll call Van's about that too.
UPDATE
Recieved a message from Van's regarding the extra rivet holes at the bottom bracket. They said it'll be ok, but that maybe I should add a .040 reinfocement strip on the inside for a little more to grab on to. I'll do that.
Also, in response to a thread I posted on Vansairforce.net, the effect I describe above is referred to as "oil canning". I've learned that it is very common and is OK. So, all is well. (Except that yesterday we elected a socialist for president.)
