Brief Description: Deburring, dimpling and priming, oh my!
Primed all the Horizontal stab innards today, deburred and dimpled the corresponding skins.
Next session will include actual rivet pounding! Woo hoo!
The drill bit between your fingers method of deburring is way faster for me than the speed deburring tool!
I'm a bit torn about priming. I've read several posts on other sites that have largely convinced me that I don't need to build this thing to last 60 years. I'm thinking I should be using an epoxy primer on the parts that are not coated in pure aluminum, but the mixing and cleanup is such a pain!
