Finished deburring the Horizontal Stabs ribs and cleco'd in place. Every thing lined up really well and feels solid. Joel Helped me Cleco the parts together.
I start cutting the L brackets for the end cap attachments. I have 2 cut and duburred, but still have two more to make. Once that is complete I will clamp in place and drill.
