Another long week of work, school, and kid activities left only Saturday to the build.
I set out to complete the AST which took a little longer then I thought it would, but it is done.
I found that drilling the piano hinge to be the biggest pain because I was constantly having to move that little peice of template around.
Recommend for anyone else when you go to do it having more then one pair of vice grips / clamps. This will allow you to snap a few of the template on at once and just drill right on through.
Also, this is the first piece of metal that I have drilled that it was obvious to the naked eye that it needed to be de-burred.
