Re-installed power panel, charged battery and ran engine until oil temp reached 205 degrees. Was unable to get oil temp to 212 because of the cold. Higher rpm cooled more so running just above idle was the best. Blocked oil cooling radiators because oil bypass thermostat doesn't stop all oil flow through radiators, so this helped get the temp up. Also partially blocked radiator to get head temp above 212.
