Did not like how the large fuel filter tree bolt on top of the filter was designed (felt like it could more easily come loose and result on a total loss in fuel pressure with only a slight loosening) so I drilled a hole all the way through the top of the bolt so I could safety wire it. Also drilled a hole in the top rubberized hose clamp for safety wire. Put electrical tape underneath the mount to prevent scratching (rust) and fastened the mount to the engine mount using the rubber covered hose clamps. Applied Loctite to the bottom fitting threads and tightened to 25 Nm. Attached fuel filter to fuel filter mount with large hose clamp.
