Brief Description: Re-fit windshield with modified support bars
After sanding the windshield support bars I re-fit the windshield using clecos to make sure it now fit with the windshield bars(and rubber seal). It fit and still had a little play in the top bar mounting blocks, but I was able to take that up by rotating the block. I also had messed up one of the windsheild mounting holes. I had re-epoxied it earlier so now all I had to do was re-drilled the hole. the epoxy was thick so I had to use the ball on my dremel tool and enlarge the area 1/8" below the surface of the hole.
