Used jig and mixed up epoxy with cotton flox. Applied epoxy mixture to the rear of rudder hing pin mount and used a heavy string to hold jig in place. After 24 hours, drilled holes and installed mounting bolts, ground out elevator control rod hole in top of tail so I could get a wrench in to tighten the bolts. Installed wire in nylon brake tubing previously installed from rudder hing pin mount point to baggage compartment for rudder strobe light.
