Brief Description: Shortened and riveted left aileron clutch
I measure the distance from the right side of the control rod support to the left aileron clutch (inside the clutch to the shoulder that stops the rod from inserting any further) and remove a ΒΌ inch from the measurement. Also tried to keep the control rod horns centered in the holes cut in the back of the cockpit. Cut off aileron control rod at measured value. Attached left clutch on on left control rod rotating it so the control horn is lined up with the aileron (same rotation as the right clutch on the right control rod). Drilled and riveted the clutch on the control rod.
