Brief Description: Fixed Cowl so it lies flush with fuselage
Cowl was not flush with fuselage where the upper and lower cowls overlap so I looked at online pictures of Pipistrel aircraft and found one that showed the overlapping flange on the lower cowl cut off. So I measured back the distance of the fuselage cowl mounting flange (~25mm) and marked, then cut the flange off of the bottom cowl. I cut it flush with the point where the top cowl fits tight with the bottom of the flange on the bottom cowl. I then used a Dremel to grind the bottom cowl where it was made thicker to allow for the flange. I ground this back the same 25mm. Now the cowls fit flush with the fuselage
