Brief Description: Installed elevator control horn
First installed the stabilizer by heating mounting bracket with a heat gun, this lenghened it slightly so I could install. Then installed the elevator control horn (bolts in backwards) and tighened the screws to pull it tight to the elevator (could not get stabilizer on after I installed the elevator control horn, fit was too tight). Then used a rubber hammer to "adjust" the elevator control horn around the back edge to the elevator to releave the pressure this control horn was applying to the elevator. Then removed stablizer, turned control horn bolts around and tighened them with loctite. Adjusted the control rod length so elevator was level, then tightened control rod end with loctite and installed control rod end bold in elevator horn with loctite. I was now able to install the stablizer with the control horn in place.
