Marked how much door latching rods protrude from the edge of door when fully open. Ground them down on sander untill they were flush with side of door. Mounted doors on airplane by placing to hinge haves together (one on plane and one on door). Inserted hinge pin. Latched the door as far as possible. Marked were the latching rods contact the door frame. Ground 1/32 at a time, each time closing door and trying to latch. Continued until I could fully latch the door. Repeated for other door.
