Brief Description: Fit air brake handle and clutches
With the wings installed but not pushed all the way together, make sure the airbrakes are locked down. Fitted the airbrake clutches on the airbrake control rod fittings. Inserted the airbrake handle/control rod into the clutches, then pushed the wings all the way on (installed wing pins). Made sure the clutches were pushed all the way on (didn’t need to shorten the airbrake control rod) and still had about a ¼ inch or so of play back and forth between the two wings. With the latch that holds the airbrake handle connected to the center wing support (so the airbrake handle is in it’s closed position), drilled 1 hole on through the clutch on each side of the airbrake control rod, then separated the wings.
