Brief Description: Manufactured a radiator baffle, and installed it
Radiator didn’t line up exactly with hole in cowl, so I manufacture a baffle from some scrap aluminum to extend the back of the radiator and fill the gap so air would not bypass the radiator. Attached using the upper radiator bolts. Measured the gap between the baffle and cowl and cut cowl with Dremel so there was a 1/8-1/4 inch gap between the baffle and the cowl. Primed the cowl with tape primer and attached the foam extending it ~1/4-3/8” beyond the edge of the baffle on the cowl so it would seal with on the radiator and baffle I manufactured. Now it is a nice tight fit so now all the air should go through the radiator.
