Brief Description: Ground Hinge holes in flaperon to meet 28 and 33 d
Install flaperon, gave a firm hit at each hing point to mark what needs to be shaved. Ground open hinge holes at those points. Re-installed flaperon, measured travel distance (78mm up, 91mm down) and repeated until the flaperon traveled the correct distance. Measured fuselage side of flaperon and marked with tape, cut off so it is flush with wing on fuselage side. Sanded edge of wing so that flaperon does not hit trailing edge of wing at full travel. Also sanded a bevel on the inside of the trailing edge of wing so I could leave the trailing edge a little longer without it hitting flaperon
