Brief Description: Ground the hinge slots and end of flapperon
Ground end of flapperon even. Ground out hinge pin slots, screwed in base hingepin. Assembled flapperon with only the basepin inserted in it's hinge and measure where to cut the flapperon slot in the wing. Put rivets safety rivets in base of flapperon (prevents the torque from the flapperon control from spliting open the flapperon). Drilled and tapped holes for fuel line passthru plate
