Brief Description: Drilled holes for brake lines, Broke axle nut
The IPC from Pipistrel specified a 120 Nm torque on all 14mm bolts unless otherwise specified. There was nothing specified for the axle and I thought the axle was made of titanium. It turns out the axle is an aluminum alloy with a special anodizing process. The bolt broke at 100 Nm. Now I have to contact Pipistrel about a replacement and have them fix their documentation.
