Brief Description: Cut holes for fuel valve, parachute, and aileron c
Created a tool for fitting fuel valve, Found an arbor for a buffing wheel, then drilled a hole in the correct size washer to fit the arbor and cut out some 40 grit sand paper. Used this to sand underneath the cabin floor where the fuel selector goes to flatten the area so it sits flat. Spent lots of time validating the location of all the holes. Cut holes in outer fuselage walls for parachute and clearance for aileron control horns (covered by fiberglass bubble later). Very nerve racking cutting into the fuselage.
