Brief Description:  Right Fuel Tank Leak Testing/Manometer Method

27 inches of supported fluid column is equal to one PSI. After putting air into tank with air compressor through a fitting that is temporarily installed in the fuel drain fitting the tank was left for three days. Then I rechecked fluid level at the same ambient temperature (64 degrees in the shop) to insure no loss in pressure. I also sponged on soapy water over all rivets and seams to insure no bubble formation. Tank is leak-proof.
