Some countersink holes in flange were ovalled out from poor countersinking technique. The repair was to fabricate with "like" aluminum material, alumi-prep parts/alodine them, then rivet them to the flange. I drilled out at least two rivet lines lateral to the problem holes. Then glued with T-99 epoxy glue for aluminum and riveted. You can see a couple rivet heads that are a little larger. These are the famous "oops-Rivets". I had these patches approved and inspected by three different individuals who work the rivet line and supervise quality control for Ratheon, so I feel pretty good about the repair work.
