Erin and I tried for the last time to set the 5 rivets in the second to last rib on the right wing to spar connection. The holes are to big for the #4 rivets. I have made the decision to use #8 cap screws grade 8 with stop nuts to connect this rib to the spar. These will be stonger than the #4 rivets but will add a little weight. The biggest difficulty is the limited space between the rib in the wing and the connection to the leading edge spar. Inspection will be possible through the wing tip when removed.
