Decided to make a cover for the hole in the right side of the forward bagage compartment. It doesn't make much since to me to have a deep hole in the bagage compartment with goes clear to the floor of the forward cabin. So I've decided to make a removable cover which can be removed. The big advantage will be the ability to use the space under the opening as the location for the electrical brain, I'm installing a VX-P vertical power switching unit. This along with modules from the Dynon Skyview system I will now have better access from the cabin. By using the bagage floor as a templet I made a small cover for the right side. I suck at bending and will need to modify the flange by removing the bend and riveting on a 3/4 .032 angle. This will be screwed to the F866A bulk head and also to the firewall flang and F870B and baggage floor. I will add a stiffner to the center of the cover for strength.
