Drilled the mounting holes in F817 tie down to bolt the Vert Stab in the future. This will require back drilling the Vert Stab through the tie down. This is not conventional as I drilled the holes in the F812 bulk head years ago and now have to fall back and punt. It doesn't pay to try to work ahead. Had to remake the F817 tie down becuse of the same mality. Alodined the F817 tie down after drilling vertical stab mount holes.
