Continued to drill and align the skin to the bulk heads. The tight radius and the bulk heads are posing a problem. I've measured all the hole to centerline and everything looks ok. Its just the bottom middle of the skin tends to pull down and create a low spot over the bulk head. I don't like this look but don't know what to do to make it go away.
