Ok, well I did it I made both sides look great nice tight fit with the bottom skin and the floor ribs at the rear spar location. Pulled both skins off and debured all the holes front back and all the frame / bulkhead holes, reworked the right side and I was pleasently surprised. So I did the same to the left skin. Then just as I was getting the tight radius finished I notice a small crack at the tight radius, DAMN IT, well, now I have to either start over, order a new skin or evaluate the crack and see if I can live with it. Based on the location of the crack I can drill a stop hole and it should not propagate. The location is well hidden from normal view and I can live with that. So I drilled a 1/16" stop hole and it should be fine. Man what a pain. well this is what building and expiremental aircraft is all about.
