Set both side skins in place. Started aligning up the F887 main longeron, there is a little discrepancy approx 1/16" between the skin and the vertex of the longeron. I can easily align them for drilling. This should be ok. The alignment with the rear spar and the skin is tight on the back side of the spar. I opened up the gap with a file and it fits now all flanges align and everyhthing looks good. rechecked the 1/2 deg angle of the spar and both sides look good. Hope everything stays in position. Started drilling the right side F823 to F804 center section. and the F887 longeron. kinda scarry if I'm wrong on alignment I feel as though I'll be having trouble in the future. I've checked the centerline and the overall position many times so I've done all I can to make sure its right. Oh boy here we go again. This is a difficult process brought on by the bending of the F887's I thing this should be done at the factory.
