Ok, my first attemp at bending the conical section of F823 around F807. I clamped the section on my table but I used a piece of 1.5" angle iron to clamp the skin down. I cut a groove in a dowel the length of the area to be bent. I had to sand one end to clear the angle. As I started the bend it became apparent this is going to be tough. The skin would bend but not easily, I used the technique of pushing up and twisting the dowel and slowly the bend was starting. I test fit and rebent and test fit again. This process is angonisinly slow. I have a start but it needs more tweeking to fit well.
