Drilled the F-815 ribs to the F-806 bulkhead. This is a very tedious process. The drill motor will not fit in the tight area with out elongating the holes. So I used a transfer punch to mark the flange and then drilled the flange off of the asymble. Then reasymbled the rib in position and marked the next hole with the rib securely mounted with a cleco in the newly drilled hole. I only drilled three holes in the hour and ahalf of time. I still need to drill the right side. Then I can mount the F-804 bulkhead in position and dril the F-804D angle to the floor asymble. This floor is taking huge amount of time. I should have all the components ready to alodine in the next few days. Wish I were retired so I could dedicate more time to the completion of this project.
