Brief Description: Adel Clamp Tool

Modified Cleco Clamp. Milled a 3/16" groove into the clamp, about 3/16" deep. Budd asked for a photo as it seemed to simple, which is it. File the groove, or as Budd did drill a 3/16" hole, then cut the remaining section and clean up with a file.
