Brief Description:  Brakes installed, gear installed

Drilled axle's for cotter pin. Made holes too tight, as the cotter needs to slide in at an angle to clearwheel assembly. Only trick was to use a dill jig for a #40 hole and a long 6" drill bit to start hole. Start hole on 3rd thread in... just fit. Installed Cleveland 199-104 calipers. (part number is a caliper/wheel assy). Single puck caliper.Drilled for two AN6 bolts, one A5 bolt (tight clearance). Caliper mount comes with two AN6 to AN5 reducer (3/8" to 5/16" reducer). Easy to overlook. Caliper is not straight forward, but will mount at a slight angle down so nuts on back clear welds. Tight fit use case when positioning. Slide in the axle space (which fits into the back of the wheels felt seal. Slide caliper bracket in place. Center over spacer (slight gap all around). Use reducer on top (not enough room for AN6 nut back there). Bottom two holes are AN6 size. Need to order more bolts from Wicks (some errors in their "complete kit" of bolts for the Bearhawk. Had hoped it would save time. Not so)Tools nice to have:transfer punches (3/8" transfer punch will leave a punch dead center of a 3/8" hole)Drill guide for #40 & #30 drills, 6" long drill bits.Installed landing gear, so the floor is at a better height to tackle floor board.
