Flow Forming tool is from Toolman Technologies (Kent White's company). Used a ball peen hammer to bump the form. Looked like a sack of walnuts. 4X surplus rivet gun with Kent's flow forming tool cleaned it up nicely. With another a hour it would look perfect. As a friend told me when I commented about redoing something cosmetic, "Is is air worthy" Why yes... then move onto the next item.
Also formed the top cowl piece (not shown). Riveted in stiffener, and nut plates so later the top of the cowl inside of the windshield is easly removed to access to avionics and back side of the panel.
