Made up a mounting plate. Andair center portion is just a hair under 1" (perhaps 25mm?). 1" hole punch works nicely.
Working on making the floor board removable, while the valve stays put. Pet peeve, nothing should have to be removed (fuel handle, for example) during inspection. Andair fuel valve can not be installed backwards, thankfully.
TRICK to remember when bending fuel lines... 1 1/8" set back. 2.25" diameter bend area, so set back when approaching a fitting.
