Brief Description:  Fuel line routing

Fuel System Tubing.

Passenger side, tube is pretty much inside along rear door post. On the Pilot side the 4130 tubing doesn't allow room to feed the tube through the "channel" under the door sill. Solution is to use a 90 degree elbow in that location.

Rubber grommet. AN931-6-10 This is a -6 (3/8") ID grommet that fits into a -10 (5/8") Hole. Idea would be AN831-6-16 as the 1" hole would allow -5 nuts and assemblies to pass through the hole, allowing for future service/replacement. Not enough room under the door sill for those size grommets.

Note: Allow for 1" from end of tube to closest bend. I get to remake the front tube as it was too close to a 45 bend to the "T".

Why are home builders issued repairman certificates.... 'cause we have all ready done everything three times, and by the fourth time have it down nicely!

Hmm, potential corporate sponsor?
