Brief Description:  Fuel Lines

Half the battle is figuring where to run the fuel lines.

Photo shows the laser helping to 'pin point' the CL (center line) of the tube run.

Noted the Avipro Manual showing a "L" fitting for aft lines, The Bob just makes a looped 90 degree bend. Either works fine, Bob's method means two less fittings.

3003 line is soft, easily scored. 5052 is rigid, harder to form. Running 3003 from a coil. Used udd's trick. Clamp one end in a vise, pull off 10', other end held with vise grips at a 90 degree bend. Smack the vise grip with a hammer, and it pulls the fuel line straight and taught. Worked like a champ.

Kept bends close to either 90 or 45 dgrees. No air pockets can be trapped if everything flows downhill.

Rear Line, by cargo door is a challange. Clear closing door, and not get crushed by cargo.
