Brief Description: Three Insert Panel

Panel - three cutout outs. 1 - putting router to use (CNC) 2 - rapid prototype to check size, layout. Flange area too small, so good to use $4 wood and not $25 aluminum panel (6061-T6-0.050) 3. Once I was was happy with size, placement, etc. Added fingers (3/4" x 3/4" is fine). CNC routed MDF as a quick hammer form. Then form over flanges.
