Trim wheel was mounted too high, simple method to lower the mount.
Scrap metal rod was put through the mounting tube. Racheting strap looped under the bottom of the fuselage to it applied leverage to both ends ot the scrap rod. Rachet just a little to place tube under tension. Heat top size to barely red, let cool. Repeat a little at time.
Mounting tubes have a nice arch to them, wheel clears nicely. So simple I should have thought of it some time ago. I had planned on cutting and welding new tubes, but quicker to just heat up the exisiting tubes.
