Marked the ends of the HS-702 spars in preparation for bending to match the 6 degree angle of reinforcement and splice angles. I am not comfortable with Van's recommended method of using either a hand seamer or block of wood.DImpled HS702 and countersunk the angles for the four aft-facing rivets. The dimpler was easy enough to set up and the countersink bit performed flawlessly.Notched the ends of the 404 rib to fit around the angles.I invested $100 in a small bending brake from Northern Tool. Wow! A perfect, straight bend right on the line!
