Fit ribs from starboard frame and cleco skin to checkfit
fit lower spar angle - Manufacture 2 attachments tabs pop rivet yo inboard ribs drill and fit counter sunk pop rivets to spar to allow top angle to overlay.
Refabricate top angle spar from stock 0.020'' 2024 T3 - refit to elevator
Drill and fir 5/32 pop rivets to secure to lower angle spar
Cut anf fit panio hinge to top angle spear - fix with 5/32 pop rivets to match lower spar.
Cut trim tab skin supplied by factory to length wnd width - fold lower return to form first spar.
March and match drill to suit oanio hinge - check operation
