- Removed spar mtg bolts and disconnected the wings from the fuselage - Cut slots in wing tank attach brackets - Drilled out and dimpled the lower fuselage skin overhang for #8 flathead screws – both sides - Remade flap push rods from 3/8” hex stock; cut to length, drilled, and tapped both ends - Primed and painted flap push rods
