- Cut the wing tip profile into the nav light mtg box - Taped in place and fiberglassed the interior - Drilled and riveted the light mtg plate to the mtg box - Added filler at base of light box - Sanded smooth and repeated several times - Trimmed left wing tip edges to allow proper alignment of the tip with the wing - Measured, marked, and drilled holes in the wing - Matchdrilled holes into wing tip - Test fit nav light
