- Filled non-aligning fastener holes from outside of the cowling with fiberglass and resin - Let dry and sanded to a decent finish - Redrilled fastener holes with alignment tool and drilled out to 1/2" dia - Test fitted cowling to check alignment...all good - The inside of the upper cowling will be sanded in high spots to clear the flanges on the lower cowling
