-Removed baffling -Removed spark plugs and magneto ignition cables -Added oil to cylinders through spark plugs holes -Turned engine over by hand mulitple times -Added seal plugs to bottom spark plug holes and dessicant plugs to top spark plug holes -Tested starter - Functional
