Brief Description: Left and Right Rudder Pedal Mount Angles
Completed both left and right rudder pedal mount angles. These were pretty complicated. Most of one flange had to be removed and a slot created. Used a 5/16" bit to make one end of the slot, then used bandsaw to cut away uneeded material, cleaned up with vixen file and chainsaw file. These slots turned out nearly perfect. Sanding can be accomplished with a small strip of emery paper, forms to the edges nicely. Also bought some thin sponge sandpaper at True Value that works very well in those hard to reach areas.
