Pretty much completed the layout of the panel including the positions of the switches, breakers etc. Worked, with Dick Isherwood, on the angle pieces to support the instruments and determed that the sizes of angle we have are too small. They need to be a bit wider. We will also have to cut down the portion that lays flat across the panel because it is too wide to fit.
I used a fly cutter that Dick loaned me to cut a test hole in thin aluminum. The cutter is way too dull and the size needs adjustment. I can sharpen the cutter, or just buy the correct size holes. I only need to cut two round holes.
