Brief Description:  wiring remote compasses, last ground, etc

Labeled and ran the wiring for both the GRT and Dynon D6 remote compass units from the panel down the port side under the rail, through the tailcone to the rear deck.

Pinned and connected the Dynon D6 cable to the connector on the back of the unit. The GRT is already wired into the connector.

Discovered that the ground for the ICOM radio, COM 2 was not connected. I connected it.

The Garmin 327 transponder has a wire from pin one that goes to the avionics switch hot side. I ran it to the avionics fuseblock connection that the power wire for the transponder connects to, that is electronically the same as the hot side of the avionics switch.

Taught at Barry tonight, then came home and worked until almost midnight on the plane. The GRT autopilot is disappointing in the lack of documentation. I ran wiring tonight from the pitch bellcrank area up the starbroard side of the fuselage. I think I will remove it and run it up the port side after reviewing the trutrack and dynon websites on how their servos are mounted. Mr. Jameson from Ireland stoppped by to help, thats why I am writing this past midnight.
